Contemporary Dance Classes for Adults at beautiful Largs Bay

A great way to participate in a movement class designed for adults.
Get motivated, active and agile; stimulate your brain and body and release your happy hormones.
Led by professional Dancer/Teacher, Carol Wellman Kelly.

Mondays at 6.30 - 7:45pm : commencing 4th September 2023
Wednesdays at 9:15 - 10:30am : commencing 2nd August 2023
Classes are 75 minutes duration.

Cost: $15.00 per class or $75.00 for 6 classes (EFTPOS available)

Just 100 metres north of the jetty, the Largs Pier Hotel and Queenies Cafe on Jetty Road.
Largs Bay Sailing Club is a fully accessable venue with ample parking.

Ocean Gentle Motion - Dance Classes for people with mobility or cognitive challenges

Lifts your spirits, stimulates your brain, motivates with music, facilitates whole body movement
and encourages a fun environment to reconnect with yourself and others.
Family members, support assistants/carers and friends are also welcome to participate.

Suitable for persons with Parkinsons Disease, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke Survivors and other conditions.
This gentle, modified dance class is designed to accommodate the needs of adults with decreased mobility and/or
standing stability, offering a range of options for participation by all.
The class involves execise to music where participants may be seated or standing behind a chair or travelling across the floor.
All standing and travelling excercises can be modified to suit participants who wish to remain seated.

When:  Fridays at 1:00 - 2:00pm
Where:  Largs Bay Sailing Club overlooking picturesque Largs Bay.
LBSC is fully accessible and temperature controlled with ample parking nearby.

Cost: $15.00 per session or $60.00 for a block of 6 classes paid up front (EFTPOS available).
