Weekly Race Nomination

Weekly Safety Nomination for Club Racing in Season 2023/24

A safety nomination shall be registered for all boats participating in club events at LBSC during the sailing season;
including all club races, club trophy races and other special club sailing events.
Boats shall also sign-off after the last race of the day on the form provided at the registration desk.

Skippers and crews shall be a financial member of Largs Bay Sailing Club before the 1st November each year to race at LBSC.  Check membership here - If you are not currently financial click here to renew or join as a member of LBSC.

If you are a visitor to LBSC from another sailing club, you may use your home club details to register as a LBSC SailPass member before you complete the Weekly Safety Nomination to enter a LBSC event.
Visitors who are not members of a sailing club must first register as a LBSC SailPass member, then complete the Weekly Safety Nomination

             Please Note - Registration for a race day will be available from 09.00 hours until race start time on that day.

Weekly Nomination Fees for 2023/24 are:

1.  Senior Boat Nomination . . . . .  $20.00 per week (plus admin fee and credit card surcharge)
2.  Youth Boat Nomination . . . . . . $15.00 per week (plus admin fee and credit card surcharge)
3.  Optimist Class Nomination . . .  $10.00 per week  (plus admin fee and credit card surcharge)
4. Bulk Nomination Fee Paid . . . . . Your weekly fee is paid for the season

Bulk Nomination Fee for the current sailing season
You may choose to pay the Bulk Nomination Fee for season 2023/24 for your boat and save money. 
Then you do not  have to pay a fee each week; just select the "Bulk Nomination  Paid" option when completing your weekly nomination. 
 Note: A credit card processing fee will be charged for all registrations.

The bulk nomuination fee covers your  safety nomination fees for all club events at LBSC during the sailing season including:

• All club races - Cock of the Walk and Handicap Trophy series
• Club Championship Trophy races
• Flinder Ports Regatta (conducted in late January)
• A.H. (Tic) Philcox Memorial Race and  Robin Murrin Memorial Race
• Polar Bear (Winter) Series race days
